    Delegate Miley moves to amend the amendment on page 17, section 9, line 18, following the word “operator” by inserting a semi-colon, and striking out all the words on lines 19 and 20;

    And,

    On page 17, section 9, line 21 following the words “times of” by inserting the word “initial”;

    And,

    On page 18, section 9, line 4, following the period after the words :first entry”, by inserting the following sentence: “If the surface owner does not respond to this request within 14 days of receipt of request, or refuses to meet the operator within a thirty day time period the operator has no further obligation to meet with the surface owner prior to entry.”
